The training space mimics Depot America’s production environment so new employees for all departments can receive real-life product and software training. Only steps away from the actual production floor, the new facility offers a stimulating environment to educate and train staff.

Existing employees will undergo yearly qualification reviews which test and monitor their product and software comprehension. These intense reviews will be used to support a recently introduced employee level program across all departments. Existing Depot America employees will be reviewed for knowledge, performance, and accuracy to help determine their warranted employee level.
