ASP’s may purchase Lexmark parts at any time, but only the first $7,500.00 will count towards Lexmark’s yearly ASP requirement.

Depot America will maintain purchase history for those customers who are ASP’s. Depot America will also provide monthly summary reports via e-mail to both Lexmark and the ASP; alleviating the task of faxing individual invoices to Lexmark. The cumulative monthly purchase reports will include all Lexmark OEM purchases from January 1, 2004.
